HPU Faculty Awarded NEH Development Grant
Ngoc Phan, Ph.D., a distinguished researcher and associate professor of political science at Hawai'i Pacific University (HPU), was awarded a prestigious National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) Development Grant to conduct groundbreaking research in Vietnam.
